FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept Personal Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates can be purchased on line.  Gift Certificates are fully transferable, can be given as gifts, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

 

GIFT PACKAGING

Gift packaging consists of fiber filled natural kraft boxes, our signature alligator tile print tissue paper, green shreds, and a blank gift card with our logo, for your personalized greeting.  We would be happy to include a handwritten message on the gift card for you.  Simply email your request in the "Special Instructions" section during checkout.  Please rest assured, that we will not enclose any form of invoice or packing slip with a gift order.  

 

SHIPPING

We will ship most orders Monday through Friday within 24 hours.  Weekends and Holidays will ship the following business day.Shipping within the United States is free.  Shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is free.  We currently ship most items USPS 1st class or USPS priority. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

One of the primary benefits of providing your email address is so that we can send you an order confirmation email shortly after you place your order.  If there are any backordered items, the order confirmation will provide additional information as to when you can expect to receive your items.  Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so that you can track the progress and estimated delivery date of your order. 

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will contain the tracking number for your package.  You may also track your package at the appropriate shipping website (USPS, UPS, Fedex).  Should you have any trouble whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us via email. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of undamaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.   Please contact us via email at grassyrivertrading@gmail.com for instructions.  Refunds: If we made the error: wrong color, or item- then the return postage will be credited back to you.  If you made the error: changed mind, or buyers remorse- then the return postage is on you.   Exchanges:  The return postage is on you.  

 

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Although we have made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the items will depend primarily upon the monitor of your computer or the screen of your device.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  We are not to be held responsible for any typographical error or omissions on our websites, emails, or any other printed matter, and reserve the right to sell an item at its intended price.

   

CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT

Grassy River Trading Company really does want your visit to be a pleasant one.  We offer custom design services on our jewelry items.  If you are searching for an item that is not currently available though our website, please email us and we'll try our best to locate one for you, or let you know if it can be purchased elsewhere.  Gift shipments, gift wrapping, just ask.
