The dompat raga also known as the "king's wallet" was used to store gold and other precious items.
 
The ornately carved camphor wood lid is decorated with a human riding a singa.
There is a relief lizard on the horn and a sitting figural finial.
 
Container is 9" x 2"
Interior compartment: .75" x 2"
A wooden pin is used to secure the box lid.
